Death at Thorburn Hall

Release Date: 11/2017
Sleuth Drew Farthering attends the 1935 British Open golf tournament in Scotland, hoping for a restful time with his wife. His vacation is cut short when Lord Rainsby dies and Drew finds himself investigating the crime. When two more people are found dead, Drew scrambles to find the killer before more harm is done.
Simultaneous with Hitler’s rise to power, the turbulent political climate factors into Drew’s attempts to solve these murders and threatens to throw him into international espionage. Main characters positively reference God as their guide and protector, but spiritual content is minimal.
This is the sixth book in the series, and while the basic plot works as a stand-alone read, reading the prior novels would benefit the audience greatly in terms of context and character development. This classic murder mystery is one historical fiction fans will enjoy.
