Everywhere You Go There’s a Zacchaeus Up a Tree
By Roger Campbell
This collection of newspaper columns by Campbell from over the years was edited by his son Timothy. Campbell was a pastor, pastoral consultant, newspaper columnist, and radio broadcaster, who applied God’s Word in a clear and winsome way to address just about all of life’s situations.
Most columns are less than a page long and address topics such as marriage and family, contentment, beating addictions, and, Campbell’s passion, relational evangelism. The columns also include instances of people he had met, spoke to or counseled, and prayed with who later returned to thank him for a renewed faith.
Each short column ends with Scripture as its main theme over which to meditate and pray. The book is universally recommended; there’s something here for everyone.
